Charlie’s initial training was in Customer Services from her early career within
Financial Services.

After five and a half years in this sector, Charlie entered the recruitment industry
and succeeded here through her own values of achieving excellence at all times.

 
This allowed her to set aside much of the volume drive in traditional recruitment, providing a service that relies on honesty and integrity, allowing the time necessary to achieve a successful outcome for the candidate and the client.

Charlie applies everything she has learned in her 18 years in business to provide exceptional, knowledgeable and more importantly affordable recruitment to her market.

Her aim is to “make a difference” to her client, her candidate and the market, providing the highest standard of recruitment at an affordable rate.
